 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real property, conducting market research, and providing market insights to clients. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, preparing real estate documents, and ensuring high-quality customer service to achieve client satisfaction.

 Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License

Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions

Strong Sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets

Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management abilities

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Proficiency in market research and knowledge of the local real estate market

Proficiency in technology and real estate software tools is an advantage

Ability to work proactively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
