We are looking for a skilled "Collection Officer" to join our Finance team.

If you’re passionate about managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities include:

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and secure timely collections
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular financial reports
• Collaborate with internal departments on customer accounts
• Handle collection-related communications with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Collection Officer
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Very good command of English.
