VIP Banking Client Support
Location: 6th of October, Giza, Egypt
Salary: 21,800 EGP (Gross) per month

About the Role
We are hiring a Banking Customer Services Advisor to deliver exceptional client experience. In this role, you will assist customers with banking inquiries, ensure compliance, and provide top-tier service while maintaining global standards.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and digital channels.
⦁ Provide accurate information on banking products and services.
⦁ Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
⦁ Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
⦁ Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
⦁ Support cross-selling of banking products when appropriate.
Working Conditions & Benefits

⦁ 5 working days, 2 days off per week.
⦁ Work schedule: 9 hours per day (including 1 hour and 15 minutes break).

Requirements
⦁ 6 months of proven past experience.
⦁ Strong English profile (B2 level).
