The ideal candidate will possess solid UAE contracting experience and hands-on exposure in General Ledger and Treasury accounting functions.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain General Ledger accounts and ensure accurate postings.Handle treasury functions including bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and supporting schedules.Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Must-Haves for the RoleBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in contracting companies.Experience as a GL Accountant and Treasury Accountant.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.Good communication and organizational skills.Nice-to-Haves for the RoleExperience supporting project-based accounting in construction environments.Exposure to VAT filing, reconciliations, or audit support in the UAE.Familiarity with cash flow forecasting and short-term liquidity planning.Experience handling intercompany transactions or cost allocations.Prior involvement in month-end or year-end audit coordination.
