eCom2Win (ecom2win.com) is a fast-growing email marketing agency focused on the e-commerce space and we are looking for an email strategist to join our team.

*A list of core responsibilities:*

- Creating the email flows strategy for new clients (we focus on customization and strategy a lot)

- Creating the Campaign Calendars (what topics, what's the goal, which days, which segments, what sending time, etc.)

- Attending the Onboarding Calls with new clients

-Attending strategy calls with Project Managers and clients

- Doing monthly audits of the Klaviyo accounts to see what could be optimized and done better

- Doing weekly reporting on performance, deliverability, health of the account

- Other tasks related to strategy

*Non-crucial responsibilities:*

- Creating segments

- Implementing the changes based on monthly audits (changing flow filters, email optimization, etc.)

*It's a bonus if:*

- you have knowledge and experience with SMS marketing
