Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor with a Hotels Background in an international chain, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations, ensure the highest standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, and manage the housekeeping team. Key responsibilities also include training housekeeping staff, coordinating with the laundry department, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. Excellent organizational and communication skills will assist in providing a positive experience for both guests and staff members.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with a focus on managing and leading teams effectively
• Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and guests
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards
• Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling staff
• Bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic are a plus
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is preferred
