Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Director, located in Makkah. The Commercial Director will oversee the development and execution of strategic business plans, focusing on maximizing revenue and profitability. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, managing the commercial team, analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business success. The role also involves fostering strong client relationships, setting sales targets, and ensuring team effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working within the luxury hospitality in Makkah or Madinah
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive strategic decisions
• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Commercial Management
• Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leadership development
• Comprehensive knowledge in Sales and client relationship management
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
