Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Admin I) to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be managing schedules; you will be the "heartbeat" of our office operations, ensuring our team has everything they need to succeed.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements

Job Requirements
- Essential: Fluency in English (Written & Spoken) – you will work in an English-primary professional environment.
- Working hours are from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.
- Works under supervision of higher-level Administrative Colleagues. This role requires note keeping and being organized with tasks from Managing Partners.
- A learner’s mindset – we will provide training on specific software and processes.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Good working knowledge of G-Suite (google platform).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
