Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Admin I)  to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be managing schedules; you will be the "heartbeat" of our office operations, ensuring our team has everything they need to succeed.

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies 
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements

Job Requirements

  • Essential: Fluency in English (Written & Spoken) – you will work in an English-primary professional environment.
  • Working hours are from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.
  • Works under supervision of higher-level Administrative Colleagues. This role requires note keeping and being organized with tasks from Managing Partners.
  • A learner’s mindset – we will provide training on specific software and processes.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Good working knowledge of G-Suite (google platform).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
