About the job
The BIM Architectural Engineer will work under the senior architect, and will be primarily responsible for architectural BIM modeling, coordination, and design support using Revit, while coordinating with consultants and site requirements as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, update, and manage architectural BIM models and drawings in Revit.
* Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
* Review and verify design deliverables and updated drawings from consultants.
* Follow up on site design requirements and reflect approved changes in BIM models.
* Support design development and ensure constructability of architectural outputs.
* Prepare brief technical and progress reports when required.
* Attend coordination and design meetings as needed.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in CAD, Revit (Architecture) & Navisworks , Photoshop
- Proven experience working on LOD 350 models.
- Hands-on experience using (ACC) for Cloud work-sharing, Model Coordination
- Previous experience in construction / contracting projects is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
- Ability to produce coordinated, construction-ready models and drawings
- Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) is a strong advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 3 years of relevant experience (preferred).

- Strong attention to detail.
- Practical understanding of site execution requirements.
- Ability to work under a Design Manager and within a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
