Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate investment opportunities and property sales. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients in property selection, conducting property tours, understanding client requirements, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Building and maintaining client relationships will be a core component of this role, alongside staying informed about current market trends and property values.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Sales expertise, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of Real Estate markets, trends, and regulations
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently and within a team, displaying a results-oriented approach
- Relevant educational background or certifications in real estate or sales are preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts
