Job Description
- Receive and review new hire documents and work acceptance forms, including employment contracts, Form 1, bank account opening forms, fingerprinting, and related documents.
- Create, organize, and maintain employee files for new hires and resigned employees.
- Record, maintain, and update employee data both manually and on the system.
- Track employee attendance, departures, and leaves and prepare periodic reports for the HR Operations Manager.
- Follow up on probation periods and contract renewals, prepare required forms, and coordinate with direct managers for evaluation and approvals.
- Manage medical insurance processes including additions, deletions, and reimbursements.
- Handle company mobile lines, including bills, additions, and cancellations.
- Manage clearance and exit procedures for resigned employees.
- Prepare and process social insurance forms (Form 1 and Form 6) and labor office letters.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR records and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Personnel Affairs.
- Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance procedures.
- Experience using HR systems, preferably ZenHR.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
