Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and potential new products or services.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in logistics sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, and warehousing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
