Job Description: CEO Assistant

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Handle emails, documents, and confidential information
  • Coordinate with teams and partners
  • Support daily operations and special projects

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
