  • Building and owning intelligence dashboards to support cost control, index tracking, and proactive market‑driven actions.
  • Leading sourcing strategies across all 6 clusters—including global tenders, RFQs, and e‑auctions—from pipeline creation to full execution and P&L impact.
  • Influencing operations and Supply Chain stakeholders to deploy Procurement strategies across the region.
  • Leading regional negotiations with key logistics vendors.
  • Collaborating closely with the Global Logistics Procurement team to deploy global strategies regionally.
  • Managing a team of Indirect Procurement Leads across the clusters.

  • Strive for excellence and are never satisfied with average performance.
  • Bring tenacity and follow through on complex challenges.
  • Can manage and leverage healthy tension to drive better outcomes.
  • Are energized by new ideas, excited by change, and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Contribute diverse perspectives, creativity, curiosity, and flexibility.
  • Have the ambition to grow, develop new skills, and take on new responsibilities.
  • Champion integrity, doing the right thing the right way every time.

Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing large spend portfolios (ideally $30M+).
  • Proven track record leading sourcing events, tenders, negotiations, and strategic procurement initiatives.
  • Experience working with multiple clusters or markets is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies
