Job Description

Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods/services.
Maintain vendor performance dashboards, trackers, and operational reports.
Negotiate and update vendor pricing and ensure competitive cost structures.
Oversee Shopify product listings, including:
Adding/updating product information
Pricing and discount management
Ensuring inventory accuracy
Maintaining product categorization and SEO-friendly descriptions
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and project requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, finance, marketing) to streamline workflows.
Resolve vendor-related issues and operational bottlenecks.
Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or e-commerce coordination.
Working knowledge of Shopify admin, listings, and pricing tools is a strong plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or inventory tools preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
