Job Description
We are a growing engineering company delivering mechanical and electrical projects for O&G, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a professional Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support management and sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks in an engineering projects environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare letters, emails, and basic reports
- Organize files and office documentation
- Support sales & project teams with follow-up tasks
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers when required
- Handle general office administration
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 0 - 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and attitude
