Job Description

Job Summary

The Junior Operations Executive supports daily operational activities related to order processing, ERP documentation, delivery follow-ups, and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a strong foundation in operations, supply chain coordination, and ERP systems within a structured business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) through the ERP system 
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Handle documentation related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates on order status.
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — mandatory
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Odoo ERP (Preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
