Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Orders entry: to receive and process customers orders, to inform the customers about the availability of the products and the foreseen the delivery dates of their orders.
Orders Management: follow-up of all the orders and business inquiries.
Delivery planning: act as a liaison between the customer and Goodyear logistics execution to ensure orders are being shipped as per customers requirements.
Customer Interface Management: establish strong business relationships with customers and relevant sales contacts.
Maximize sales and customers orders fulfillment: take all the necessary actions to align and sell the plan.
Reporting activities as required.
Experience in customer facing / supply chain environment in the multinational organization.
System Applications: strong user level in main MS Office applications (Excel pivot & formulas), SAP experience is desired.
Ability to work in a team.
Able to establish a strong relationship and collaboration with the customers through efficient and effective communication;
Fluent in English; French and Arabic are MUST Apply for here
