MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer who will be responsible for identifying and automating eligible processes through RPA including the maintenance of the bots.
Your Role:
- Together with the Business SMEs review different processes and assess suitability for automation solutions
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism to automate repetitive, rule-based processes.
- Develop and maintain RPA workflows, including process mapping, object identification, and scripting.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of RPA solutions.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for RPA implementations.
- Work closely with process owners in both Egypt and other entities to understand business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions.
- Coordinate with IT teams in the respective MedNet entities to ensure compatibility and integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.
- Make decisions regarding project scope and changes, in consultation with Business stakeholder and the team leader.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in RPA development).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism
- Strong proficiency in RPA development using Blue Prism, including process mapping, object identification, and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to details
- Excellent time management skills
