Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a junior Sales Executive. will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and cold calling, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and competition. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and reporting on sales activities and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in Egypt and GCC.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing models.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within CRM.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Skillfully negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
- Collaborate closely with other members of the sales team, sharing insights and strategies to achieve collective goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT industry or managed services.
- Strong network across Egypt and GCC market clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in preparing sales proposals and contracts
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
