Role Purpose:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end property handover process, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, quality control teams, and internal departments, ensuring all snagging issues are addressed efficiently and that documentation is accurately maintained.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out and follow up on all client comments and feedback throughout the handover process until final acceptance is achieved.
  • Ensure clear communication with clients to maintain satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure all property snagging documentation is accurately compiled, filed, and reflected in the CRM system.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for internal tracking and client reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate closely with the Handover Quality Manager to schedule and follow up on all snagging inspections.
  • Track the status of snag rectifications through to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the QC team to ensure all snagging issues are resolved in line with project specifications and quality expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance where required to maintain handover standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor handover readiness and ensure snagging progress aligns with handover schedules.
  • Prepare reports on actual site conditions, challenges, and updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Generate periodical reports covering snagging status, client concerns, and general handover readiness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and suggesting process enhancements.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or a related industry.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and the local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCad, Autdodesk, photoshop).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software is a plus.
