The Country Manager ensures the execution of the Group strategy adapted to local market dynamics, leads retail operations through the Boutique Managers, and works in close coordination with HQ functions to maintain brand consistency, operational excellence, and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Leadership & Strategy

• Own and deliver the commercial and strategic development of company in KSA

• Translate Group strategy into a clear local roadmap aligned with Saudi market realities

Commercial & P&L Ownership

• Full P&L responsibility for the Saudi business

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control

Retail Operations & Boutique Leadership

• Direct line management of all Boutique Managers in KSA

• Set targets, KPIs, and performance standards

People & Organization

• Build, lead, and retain a strong local retail leadership team

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudization requirements
