Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior BIM Architect located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Senior BIM Architect will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of Building Information Modeling (BIM) within projects. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing architectural designs and drawings, overseeing construction documents, ensuring BIM compliance, and preparing project submittals. Collaboration with design and construction teams to ensure project success is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Strong skills in creating and managing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals for project approval
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with construction processe
