Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct unit handovers to clients according to company standards


  • Inspect units prior to handover and ensure readiness


  • Identify, record, and follow up on snags and defects


  • Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and customer service teams


  • Prepare handover documents and reports


  • Explain unit features and systems to clients clearly and professionally


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handover, maintenance, or technical roles


  • Background in engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred


  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills


  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
