Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct unit handovers to clients according to company standards
- Inspect units prior to handover and ensure readiness
- Identify, record, and follow up on snags and defects
- Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and customer service teams
- Prepare handover documents and reports
- Explain unit features and systems to clients clearly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handover, maintenance, or technical roles
- Background in engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
