Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Senior Property Consultant based on-site in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert property consultations, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and assisting clients in property selection and investments. Daily tasks include prospecting for leads, delivering engaging presentations to potential clients, and maintaining exemplary customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. The role demands a dynamic individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, deep market knowledge, and sales expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise with the ability to advise and guide clients on property investments
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proven Sales experience, including the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in East Cairo, West Cairo, and Coastal areas
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
