Job Description:

MGK Holidays is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Tour Operator (Incoming Tourism) to join our team in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound tour operations and delivering high-quality travel services to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming tourism operations and ground handling services

• Design, price, and operate tour packages for international markets

• Coordinate with hotels, transportation companies, guides, and suppliers

• Handle reservations, confirmations, and operational follow-up

• Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction

• Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally

• Support and guide junior team members when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in incoming tourism or tour operations

• Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and logistics

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and tour operation systems

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
