Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Obour city, Cairo, Egypt. Involves:
- Follow up operation manager’s emails.
- Schedule meetings for managers.
- Prepare daily list of Pended issues to be solved by him.
- Prepare weekly reports of status to operation manager.
- Organize and archive files related to operation projects with details.
-Supervision of visits and meeting room.
- Communicate with other departments to arrange and finalize tasks.
- Calling new suppliers or consultants when necessary.
- Develop presentations, formatting, etc…
Skills
- Project coordination and organizational skills,
- Scheduling, and monitoring tasks,
- Proficiency in reporting, and Business writing,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Min. experience of 2 years in admin.
