Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online customer interactions, driving sales through digital channels, and supporting the growth of our e-commerce operations. This role involves handling inquiries via chat, calls, and emails, closing deals, upselling and cross-selling products, and nurturing leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, phone calls, and email.
- Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the sales process, close deals efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Promotion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling electronics products based on customer needs.
- Lead Management: Follow up with regular leads, maintain communication, and convert prospects into active buyers.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the store team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce (preferably in electronics).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of electronics products.
Working Hours
Full-time, with flexibility to work shifts including weekends and Kuwait holidays.
