Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to guarantee adherence to quality specifications.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and optimize processes.
Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external audits to maintain certifications and regulatory compliance.
Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards, procedures, and best practices for staff at all levels.
Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of quality concerns.
Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and competitiveness.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within food manufacturing (mandatory).
Proven track record in developing and implementing quality management systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising quality assurance teams.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-functionally.
Experience conducting internal and external audits.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
