About the Role:
We’re looking for Area Sales Supervisors to lead sales teams and drive growth in the cosmetics sector. You’ll manage distributors/wholesalers, expand product availability, and ensure strong visibility in retail and beauty outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach sales reps to achieve monthly targets.
- Grow distribution and open new retail/beauty accounts.
- Manage trade marketing activities, promotions, and displays.
- Maintain strong market coverage and monitor competitors.
- Build solid relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and beauty stores.

Job Requirements
- 3–5 years FMCG Proven sales experience in a similar role.
- Proven supervisory skills and team leadership.
- Strong market knowledge of your assigned governorate.
- FMCG Proven experience is A MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree and good communication skills .
