Job Description
- Responsible for the All Reporting Requirements from branch manager.
- Direct the sales teams within the area towards potential sales opportunities, and provide direct support when needed.
- Manage Branch Managers within His defined regional Territory
- Consolidate all the sales reports from the Branch Manager and present it.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.
- Prepare sales forecasts and Reports for the assigned retailers.
- Review and analyze the sales performance to determine the sales effectiveness.
- Manage all sell through, Cash Collection and Payments Issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within the mobile accessories or consumer electronics sector.
- Experience managing sales in the Cairo, Giza, and Upper Egypt areas.
- Proven ability to mange large accounts and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
