Job Description
- Supervise and monitor textile printing processes (Screen Printing, Rotary, Digital, etc.).
- Review and assess print designs for feasibility and production compatibility.
- Coordinate with design, color separation, and production departments to ensure accurate execution of artwork and color standards.
- Ensure print quality and consistency according to technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Optimize printing parameters (e.g., color concentration, pressure, temperature) to minimize waste and defects.
- Maintain production records and provide technical reports and feedback to management.
- Lead technical training for print operators and team members on new methods or technologies.
- Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and daily machine inspections in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts – Textile Printing or related discipline (preferred).
- Min. 10 years of hands-on experience in textile printing within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of printing techniques, fabric types, dyes, inks, and chemical treatments.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Good understanding of color matching and color calibration systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead operational teams effectively.
