Strong exposure to dealer and channel sales management.
Candidates are preferred from direct competitors within the same industry, such as Carrier, Sharp, LG, or Haier.
This role is not suitable for junior profiles or sales engineers; it requires a seasoned managerial-level professional.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance management.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute selling strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Strong capability in building, expanding, and managing dealer sales networks.
Active involvement in marketing direction, go-to-market planning, and pricing strategies.
High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Professional appearance with strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, with solid experience in sales reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
