Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Alexandria for an Operational Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective logistical and operational processes, and supporting project execution. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with stakeholders to meet the company’s service standards and objectives. This role may also include analyzing operational data, managing resources, and contributing to sales and customer service initiatives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational processes and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and other stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and customer relationship management
• Proficient in Operations Management and Project Management practices
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies is an advantage
