Job Description
- Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems and components for large-scale engineering projects.
- Oversee the preparation and review of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, civil, and process engineers, to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for proposed mechanical systems and modifications.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical equipment on-site, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues during project execution and operation phases.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
- Collaborate with procurement and project management teams to evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and vendors.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the industrial, construction, or building materials sectors.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
