Job Description:

We are looking for a professional Public Relations Specialist to contribute to maintaining a positive image of the organization through effective communication and professional interaction.

  • Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate appointments and liaise between clients and internal departments.

  • Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
  • Use computer systems to record, update, and track information.
  • Prepare basic reports related to feedback and inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Certificate in Public Relations.
  • Previous experience in Public Relations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use and handling systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
