A quality control (QC) manager ensures products and services meet company and regulatory standards by developing and implementing quality procedures, monitoring production processes, collaborating with suppliers, conducting audits, analyzing data for improvements, and managing QC staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Agriculture
• 3+ years of experience in quality control assurance within the Food or Feed industry.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
