Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize digital media operations, and lead strategic client partnerships within elements of Augustus brands, including Lovin Dubai, Lovin Abu Dhabi and the 12 Smashi TV verticals.. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in digital media agencies, strong commercial acumen, and expertise in managing high-value client portfolios and media investments across platforms.

This role requires a combination of strategic vision, hands-on management of commercial activities, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that maximize ROI for both clients and the agency.

Qualifications

Personal Traits & Skills

  1. Strong understanding of digital media buying, performance marketing, and programmatic advertising.
  2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  3. Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
  4. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Academic & Certifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Professional Experience

  1. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a digital media agency commercial role, with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  2. Experience managing client portfolios with multi-million-dollar media budgets.
  3. Proven expertise in Regional markets (GCC) is a plus.
