e3mel Business Academy is hiring a Quality Specialist (Telesales)
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor customer and sales calls and provide detailed, structured feedback to agents.
Evaluate calls and chats to ensure adherence to quality and customer service standards.
Ensure all CS & sales processes are followed and highlight any gaps for improvement.
Conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (call monitoring – chat evaluation – talk time – quality scores).
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 month experience in telesales Quality
