Job Title: PR Executive

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt

As A PR Executive, you should be responsible for developing and executing effective public relations strategies to enhance our company's reputation, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth. Playing a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and the public.


Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute PR strategies by creating and implementing comprehensive PR plans that align with the company's overall marketing goals.

• Crisis management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks.

• Content creation; align with the designer to create engaging content, including social media reels to promote the company's brand and messaging

• Managing Supplier Relationships for Store Themes and Giveaways; PR role involves coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with the overall store concept.

• Clearly outline the specific needs for store themes and giveaways, including desired materials, quantities, and delivery timelines.

• Share detailed design concepts, Color palettes, and any specific requirements to avoid misunderstandings.

• Communicate your expectations regarding quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Negotiate Effectively by comparing prices and obtaining quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and overall value, not just price.

• Discuss payment terms, delivery conditions, and any other relevant factors.

• Request samples before finalizing orders to ensure they meet your expectations.

• Ensure the deliveries are scheduled to arrive at the appropriate times.

• Monitor the progress of shipments to avoid delays or unexpected issues.

· Creative and strategic thinking: Ability to develop innovative PR strategies and campaigns.

· Crisis management skills: Ability to effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks.

· Content creation skills: Ability to create engaging content, such as press releases, media advisories, and social media posts.

· Analytical skills: Ability to track and analyze PR metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

· Organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing: Understanding of how to leverage social media to enhance PR efforts.
