The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budget
• Develop and oversee basic and detail engineering ensuring alignment with project targets
• Provide technical advice and support to the team and ensure that engineering solutions meet the required standards.
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure that necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are available for the project. Track project costs and ensure the project stays within the allocated budget. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that everything is delivered on time and as specified.
• Identify potential risks that could impact the project schedule, budget, or quality. Develop strategies to mitigate or manage identified risks.
• Responsible for end-to-end project management (ideation to start-up)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, to align project goals and outcome

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• 3+ years of experience in Projects, preferably Food and Beverage manufacturing
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
