Job Description

• Create the 2d & 3D detail drawing of any assembled part, making the assembly drawing and explode and present views.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform product development strategies.
• Identify and implement improvements in existing products to enhance efficiency, durability, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead and execute research and development projects focused on new bus models and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of innovative solutions.
• Design the charged section of the job from the complete project including Stress-Strain calculation if needed until the release of the design document.
• Identify cost effective raw materials for multiple product categories.
• Devise new formulas, processes, and methods for solution of product problems.
• Define and write-up manufacturing instructions for all products and formulas.
• Conduct research on manufactured products to develop and improve products with, structure, and properties.
• Research and propose costing on all products.
• Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of “Mechanical or Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering”.
• 1 - 8 years of experience.
• Good technical experience.
• Excellent in English language
• Very good communication skills
• Very good computer skills especially in CAD Design
• Mature, Reliable, Creative and self-motivated
