Job Description
- Create the 2d & 3D detail drawing of any assembled part, making the assembly drawing and explode and present views.
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform product development strategies.
- Identify and implement improvements in existing products to enhance efficiency, durability, and cost effectiveness.
- Lead and execute research and development projects focused on new bus models and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of innovative solutions.
- Design the charged section of the job from the complete project including Stress-Strain calculation if needed until the release of the design document.
- Identify cost effective raw materials for multiple product categories.
- Devise new formulas, processes, and methods for solution of product problems.
- Define and write-up manufacturing instructions for all products and formulas.
- Conduct research on manufactured products to develop and improve products with, structure, and properties.
- Research and propose costing on all products.
- Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of “Mechanical or Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering”.
- 1 - 8 years of experience.
- Good technical experience.
- Excellent in English language
- Very good communication skills
- Very good computer skills especially in CAD Design
- Mature, Reliable, Creative and self-motivated
