• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of set targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth process flow.
• Address and resolve daily operational issues in collaboration with on-ground teams.
• Manage team members and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Generate operational reports, implement corrective actions, and follow up on performance drops.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
