Our client runs a leading re-commerce platform that simplifies and automates IT workflows while offering on-demand expert support — delivering visibility, security, and peace of mind to users.
We’re expanding the team and looking for German-speaking (C1/C2) agents to join this exciting journey. You’ll be part of a dynamic group already supporting the client, as we’re hiring on a rolling basis.

🔑 What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers, take calls and tickets, and prioritize them independently
Solve underlying problems
Forward complex issues to the internal experts
Ensure that problems are resolved quickly and in a customer-friendly manner
Maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions and issues in our ticket system
Provide excellent customer service and show empathy in supporting customers
Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience, while meeting and exceeding strict performance KPIs (e.g., call-handling time, email/chat response rates, CSAT, and QA quotas).
Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Uphold a high-performance workplace culture by collaborating with peers and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
💡 What We’re Looking For
IT specialist for system administration, or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee
English and German at C1 level
One who is interested in self-development and collaborative growth, we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization
