Role Description

1) Contact customers via phone, email, and any other tool in order to collect outstanding debts.

2) Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements while adhering to company policies.

3) Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action.

4) Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and customer interactions.

5) Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with customers.

6) Collaborate with internal teams, including FAM and Legal, to resolve account issues.

7) Provide regular reports on collection activities and outstanding accounts.

8) Maintain cost accounting systems and practices to ensure accurate costing of products and services.

9) Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any collections issues.

10) Ensure delivery of all customer invoices, delivery notes, and SOAs to confirm within 72 Hours.

11) Ensure invoices and delivery notes stamped by customers are scanned and uploaded to the Finsys system.

12) Update the collection module with daily actions agreed upon with the customer on Finsys System.

13) Liaise with the legal team to submit all required documents to prepare legal action.

14) Assess and monitor credit risk for new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Credit Management and Finance, with an understanding of credit policies, risk assessment, and financial principles.
• Experience 3-5 years
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and make informed decisions regarding collections and credit limits.
• Proven Customer Service experience focusing on resolving issues, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction during interactions.
• Effective Communication abilities to engage with clients and internal teams professionally and efficiently.
• High attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in a similar role and proficiency in financial software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
