EgyBell is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for a leading real estate developer across the Middle East and North Africa.

Location: Cairo Festival City Mall, 5th Settlement.

Rotational Shifts - 8 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide face-to-face assistance to mall visitors at customer service desks and across the mall.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Offer guidance on mall services, promotions, directions, and events.
• Coordinate with mall departments and tenants to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain service standards, appearance, and customer satisfaction levels.
