Title: Infrastructure Service Delivery Tech Lead - IT

Job Summary:

Ensuring IT systems business continuity and minimizing disruptions in the event of data loss or IT equipment failure in the event of a disaster or emergency.

Manage IT infrastructure new projects.

Follow up with IT stockholders Appling governance & Security requirements with IT stockholders.

Key Responsibilities:

•Preparing, monitoring and managing the IT recovery process testing to ensure the restoration of normal operations within the defined RTO.

•Follow up with IT applications owners to update the recovery document with changes in process, resources & team information.

•Update IT disaster plan documents.

•Preparing & managing Testing new IT systems readiness in disaster site before going live.

•Collaborate with IT stockholders to Prepare new system disaster recovery process documents.

•Preparing DRP Governance & audit requirements.

•Follow up with IT applications owners & infrastructure admins implementing IT governance & Security requirements.

•Document incidences, issues & corrective actions during recovery process.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise (Hands-On Required).

•good understanding of IT infrastructure, network systems, software applications, information security & disaster recovery / business continuity

•good skills in managing IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution & monitoring.

• very good verbal & written communication skills to interact with vendors, & IT members.

•good presentation skills.

•good negotiation & work under stress skills.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field.

• ITIL & project management certified is briefed.

•Minimum 8 years of experience within IT support, system administrator or project management roles

•Banking experience is preferred.
