Responsibilities:

• Design master plans, site plans, and massing studies for a wide range of projects with varying degrees of complexity, scope, and context.
• Deal with a variety of private and public sector projects in the fields of urban design, landscape design, and master planning with other design specialists, landscape architects, and economic strategists.
• Create high-quality visual presentations, thorough design schemes, planning reports, and assist in their presentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders to analyze business problems, clarify requirements, and define the scope of the resolution needed.
• Generate creative concepts and develop compelling graphics and layouts.
• Utilize AI & Machine Learning as urban analytics tools to solve urban design challenges.
• Develop algorithms and models based on statistical modeling procedures and build and maintain scalable AI & Machine Learning solutions in production is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design, master’s degree in urban design is a plus.
• 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in this field.
• Additional self-study/education/training/experience/courses in programming, or AI & Machine Learning, and/or data science.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex processes to stakeholders.
• Design thinking mindset, problem solver nature and capabilities to think ‘outside of the box’ while keeping outcomes realistic and pragmatic.
• Team player, listening and communication skills with people from different disciplines.
