• Role: Writing Specialist (Remote)
• Location: 100% Remote (Global)
• Compensation: USD 35-45 per hour (paid weekly via Stripe/Wise)

One of our clients is seeking versatile professionals to support a large-scale AI research initiative. This project focuses on creating and refining diverse, high-quality task datasets used to improve advanced language models. The role is project-based and well-suited for individuals with strong analytical thinking and writing capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Create structured prompts across a range of general-interest topics
• Review and revise AI-generated responses for clarity, factual accuracy, and logical consistency
• Develop iterative prompt-response variations (e.g., adjusting tone, structure, or constraints)
• Identify weaknesses or failure points in model outputs to support benchmarking efforts
• Apply consistent quality standards across content types such as summaries, Q&A tasks, and analytical writing

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in research, education, writing, editing, analysis, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with evolving guidelines

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI-assisted writing tools
• Experience with structured content creation or evaluation frameworks

Work Details

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote and asynchronous
• Expected availability: 10–25 hours per week
• Project duration: approximately 2 weeks, with potential extension based on project needs
• Batch-based task assignments

Compensation

• $35–$45 USD per hour, depending on scope and experience
• Performance-based incentives may be available
• Paid weekly via Stripe
